LSU has offered him a couple of settlement offers that would pay him slightly less,

or actually significantly less, than what his buyout is at

$54 million, but it would get to him in a lump sum right now.

He has given LSU the deadlines passed until 3 o'clock earlier today to confirm that LSU will be paying him his full $54 million buyout.

So you can go one or two ways.

LSU, you wrote the contract, you're on the hook for it, or Brian Kelly.

Just take something and go.

And your second option, Duran Holmes, or Duran Payne, excuse me, was ejected

and now is going to have a one-game suspension for punching a Lions player. Grant, it has never

made sense to me why a person would punch somebody that is wearing a football helmet?

I'm with you and we see it all the time in the National Football League and even in college football.
