A lot of news lately about the Portland Trailblazers's new owner, Tim Dundon,

you know, cutting the expenses.

Well, Tiago Splitter, who took over for Chauncey Billups in an interim basis,

really brought that group together, led them to the playoffs this year,

and it is being reported by Evanans sidery that it is

widely expected he will not return as coach due to cost cutting measures they're going to find a

cheaper coach grant than tago splitter come on can we just stop right there i don't even need to hear anything else. What's going on in Portland with that owner is a disgrace. And this is where the commissioner, Adam Silver, needs to grow a pair and step in and have a private conversation. Maybe that's already been done behind closed doors. But this is embarrassing. All right? It is absolutely going to destroy the portland franchise because

you won't have players that want to play there you won't have people that want to work there

nobody's going to want to be in an environment like that all right you're with the big boys now

you're an owner of 30 teams you're in the greatest league in the world you know what the deal is all

right don't go buy a team and then try to change everything. Don't try to reinvent the wheel by thinking that, you know, you're going to be a bargain store. You're not a bargain store. You're an NBA franchise, all right? You're a multi-billion dollar franchise. Stop it with the nonsense. All right? They're going to run you out of town. You will be absolutely a hated man in the Pacific Northwest.
