I don't know if you remember or if you've been listening long enough that you had the first interview

of Grant

Maon but it's routinely brought up as one of people's favorite interviews

in Tengikma's history and he's an extremely accomplished ultra-runner who's done just about everything you could ever imagine and then some and done things like climb Mount Everest and driven a motorcycle across Africa and I mean the

guys he's just he's insane and he has a book coming out and we're promoting his book.
