Hey everybody it may be football season but there was a big trade in the NBA today

the Cavaliers have a prize coming away the former all-star from the Utah Jazz Donovan Mitchell is going to the Cavaliers in exchange for

Colin Sexton, Lori Markinin, O'Chai Elbagee, three unprotected first-round picks in 25, 27, and 29, and two pick swaps in 26, and 28.

then Colin Sexton, he agreed to a four-year 72 million dollar sign and trade deal to join the jazz.

So a big deal right there.

This is, I know a lot of people are going,

boy, the Cavaliers got Donovan Mitchell,

and that's great.

I think this is gonna end up being a great deal for the Utah

jobs maybe not this year but Danny Ainge has been a master at these type of

deals and look what he did in Boston. I like this move for the jazz. I really do. Now in the

interim do I think it's a good move for Cleveland?

Yes.

You know, I think getting an all-star like Mitchell,

but the Cavaliers gave up a lot.

They gave up a lot.

And, you know, who knows where the picks are going to be in 25 27

and 29 but let's just say I'm just say what would happen if Mitchell would have a real bad injury in 2025 and the

Cavaliers are a lottery team or in 29 that's a long ways off from now.

I just like this move for both these things,

to be honest with you.

But the Jazz are clearly going on a completely different direction after they traded Rudy Goldberg to Minnesota.
