You just not. I mean, you're just not. I mean you have 12 games left, you're five games back in a loss column. All right, let's wake up.

You beat the Chicago Bulls last night.

Now you have 45 losses and 25 wins.

You're probably not gonna finish worse than Oklahoma City now.

You play Indiana next week, they're 23 and 46. You're certainly not going to

finish worse than Orlando, Detroit, or Houston. So if you include Oklahoma City, the best that Kings could do would be with the fifth worst record.

Again, Indiana, one more lost in Sacramento, San Antonio, two fewer defeats than Sacramento.

Now here's what I'm saying.

Listen, I credit Alvin Gentry.

He's going out, he's doing what he should do as a coach.

He's trying to win every single night.

That's what a coach's job is. The players that he puts out on the floor have been the regulars. He's playing him a lot of minutes and they're trying to go out and compete. That's what they get paid for. Here's the point that I'm trying to make.
