has a significant thumb injury.

Now he's going to try to play through it,

but don't kid yourself.

This is not just like he got hit on the thumb

and he's going to be okay.

This is not good. All right, plain and simple. When you hear an athlete is going to try to play through it,

And I would think it would be unrealistic to think that this injury is not going to affect his play.
