Our first contestant at 1.154 miles deep and 277 miles long, hailing from northern Arizona,

is the Grand Canyon.

And our second contestant at 5.4979 miles high and over 60 million years old, straddling

the border between China and Nepal, is Mount Everest.

Which one of these stony-faced sluggers is going to win this showdown?

Mount Everest is for people who are like daring and adventurous.
