A few years ago, maybe not, but I feel like we have come a long way. Yes, I would agree. I think

we're a lot better, particularly, I'm going to say, our generation and the generation below,

of sort of flagging when there is something wrong and not keeping it bottled up. We're still not there,

though, for me.

Will we ever be perfect?

Yeah, true.

I do think mental health awareness is growing, as I say,

but there's still progress to be made.

It would be lovely if everyone felt comfortable enough

to talk openly about it and ask for advice.

I think Gen Zs are much better than us.

But like we said, we're getting there. Yes, we are. Well,

let's encourage everyone to take care of their well-being and break the stigma, because the world
