And I think one of the things that I read the other day that I kind of want to start with,

we have a continuation of declining duck stamp sales

in Minnesota. And it is pretty crazy. A lot of people don't know this. In 1980, we sold 150,000

duck stamps in Minnesota alone. Last year, at the close of duck season, we sold 70,751 duck stamps. So in the last 45 years,

we're down more than 50% in duck stamp sales. And it's a troubling thing for me, especially because

we are just continuing to see this decline of it. And especially, you know, as we think about
