1:21.1	And I think one of the things that I read the other day that I kind of want to start with,
1:25.2	we have a continuation of declining duck stamp sales
1:30.1	in Minnesota. And it is pretty crazy. A lot of people don't know this. In 1980, we sold 150,000
1:38.6	duck stamps in Minnesota alone. Last year, at the close of duck season, we sold 70,751 duck stamps. So in the last 45 years,
1:50.0	we're down more than 50% in duck stamp sales. And it's a troubling thing for me, especially because
1:58.2	as I think about how much I love duck hunting and the fact that
2:02.5	we are just continuing to see this decline of it. And especially, you know, as we think about
2:09.4	the younger generation, what's happening in your opinion? Because there's a lot of factors in this,
