Basically this morning, I woke up knowing that I had to recap this episode.

And I'm like, he has never seen this before.

I know that he is going to love this.

He is just going to devour it.

And I was not wrong.

So later in the episode, he comes on and gives his raw reaction to seeing the heart rate challenge for the first time.

And he definitely has some interesting experimental strategies.

He would want Islanders to try for the next heart rate challenge, which are very funny.

So definitely stick around for that.

But let's just get into the breakdown of this episode.

So Molly is dumped.

And it is very emotional, obviously.

Whitney in an ITM is like, I think the only word to describe this is savage.

I thought that was a great summation of everything.

So obviously everybody's really sad, including Zach.

But I did not expect Zach to leave or even think about leaving with Molly for a few reasons.

One, he is already a pretty big character in the villa.

He's pretty established.
