You are looking at two people who are rolling into retirement as slowly as humanly possible

just because we don't want to admit we are old enough to actually retire.

And I think it may be difficult to even convince us when we are truly beyond old enough to retire.

People are rolling a little more slowly into retirement or so says.

A new survey by Allian's life.

It's fascinating.

By the way, we need to make sure people are clear.

We are not announcing our retirement. We have no plans for retirement. Because the minute you say that's the slowest role of all time. There'll be 10 people that call me and say, I just heard Don so you guys are retired. No, no, no. Didn't I say slowest role of all time? Well, okay, but that means we are rolling into it. Slowly means could be 10, 15, 20 years.

That's true.

So according to this survey, 47 percent. Never.

98, 99 years old.

47% of Americans plan to make a slow transition into their golden years rather than slamming

the brakes. And I can remember when my dad was forced into retirement from the Air Force at age

65. I think he would have done well for a while. And people are only 38 percent think of

retirement as a distinct date to stop working and drawing down retirement assets seven and ten

Americans expect to work beyond retirement age, which I think they said is 65.

Yeah, for our people are age. I just kind of go with Social Security, which is like 66 and

change, 67. I just round up to 67. Very close to full retirement age. Painful as that A B.

I mean, here's the point that the article makes. And this is so important, I think critical.
