Can find the podcast at Packet A podcast. It is Championship Game Sunday. Two good games. Unfortunately, the Packers are not playing. I wish they were. I wish we were discussing that today, but we're not. I will go over those championship games at the end of today's show. Just give some quick predictions at the end. But we've got a ton to get to. It's our end of year grades episode, something that I spend a billion hours on through the course of the year, grading every player on every play. Today we're going to be going over the best, the worst, the most improved, the biggest decline,

rookies, offensive MVPs, you name it.

We're going to cover it all in totality and we'll explain what those grades mean as well in just a moment.

We did have some news from Saturday first though that I want to go over.

The biggest of which I think at least is that Jim Leonard and the Green Bay Packers

do have mutual interest per Ian Rappaport.

Now, as you know, probably by now, the Green Bay Packers could not have interviewed Jim

Leonard prior to the AFC championship game today.

They will have the opportunity one way or the other to interview him this week.

Whether he makes it to the Super Bowl or not, they can interview him.

The difference is, if the Broncos lose this game, they could interview and hire him.

If the Broncos win this game, they can interview.

They could even have a handshake agreement in place, but they can't officially hire until after the

Super Bowl. So if you're hoping that Jim Leonard is going to become defensive coordinator of your

Green Bay Packers, you might be having some extra incentive to cheer for the Patriots today

instead of the Broncos. But there is mutual interest, meaning, again, Jim Leonard is interested

in the Packers and that the Packers are interested in

Jim Leonard.

So that is huge and noteworthy per Ian Rappaport.

Leonard is one of my favorites.
