My grade for the confirmation process that we have just heard for the last couple of days,

good. She's very good at that. She's thoughtful. We've learned her views on a couple of issues, not very many. We haven't even learned her views on whether she believes

in climate control. She's gone further than most nominees in refusing to answer questions, but there are precedents for her refusal.

Justice Ginsburg, who said, I'm not going to give you any hints or any indications of how I'm going to vote on particular issues, that's fine.
