Steve Robertson. We're back in the building which means we're back on our regular schedule.

I didn't record on Monday because I was traveling back. I told you guys after I recorded Saturday

show that we wouldn't do a Sunday show unless we won. And so I got out of Dodge and we

finished a post game, had a chance to kind of say your goodbyes. And I'll tell you guys too,

you know, I'm an old guy. You know, I am. I say I'm old. I mean, a lot of old people would say,

Steve, you're so young. There are some days I feel like I'm much older, and as I feel I'm much. I mean, a lot of old people would say, Steve, you're so young. There are some days I feel like

I'm much older, and as I feel I'm much younger. But the days that we, our baseball season ends,

I feel a little old. I do. Because of the fact that you got to say goodbye a lot of people,

you do. And it takes a lot out of you really does it's the

nature of things but you know when you spend so much time on the road and covering this

team so in depth you get to know people and their families and many of these families

will never see again it's true we'd like to think so I mean you know the players

themselves will come back from time to time when they're being honored and they'll have their moment at Duty Noble Field and we'll clap and we'll remember the good times.

But, you know, mom and dad, probably not going to make it back for that.

You know, I mean, it's just kind of how it is.

There are some baseball parents, of course, that make some relationships with, you know,

the parents of players that are younger than their son. You know, they'll come back occasionally.

Of course, there are some baseball parents that have been bulldogs all along. So we see them. But there

are some that you get to know. There some that are incredibly kind incredibly kind and uh

they're very grateful for the job that we do at jeanspage.com to tell the story of their favorite

baseball player and so it's sad to see the road end it is now I'm not going to go back and break down into games because that's all behind us now. I want to kind of do a season in review, but also to look forward. And I want to talk a lot about expectations. What are reasonable expectations for this program?
