My name is Miroslav Tuk, and if you're watching on YouTube, you just saw my first appearance

on the DNBA show a bit more than four years ago, and I'm going to paint you a picture of how that happened.

I remember it vividly, as it was a big deal for me at the time.

It was the pandemic, so the DNVR guys needed to find a way how to fill out five hours of

podcasts about nuggets per week, while the NBA and the whole world really stopped completely.

Back then, it was a big deal to be a part of the DNVR Discord, and it still is.

If you're a DNVR diehard, you should join the Discord. It's basically Nuggets Twitter,

just with a slightly more composed group of people involved. Anyway, one way to create content during

the pandemic was to call Discord members to come on the show, wax

poetic a bit about the nuggets, and then play the steps, a legendary trivia game with questions

so hard, the games from summertime Serbian corner game shows look like Walk in the Park.

The show was starting at noon, which is 5 p.m. in Serbia, just about the time when my walks with my

youngest boy, Jovan, who was still in a stroller, would end before the bubble bath time.

I remember listening to the show on my phone and thinking, hey, if I hurry up, I can set up my

laptop and join the show. I explained to my wife she needed to watch the kids for a couple of minutes while I'm

on the internet with some Americans.
