0:26.9	You have the time and the energy from your colleagues who maybe are not as busy to kind of
0:33.3	help you out if something were to happen or whatever.

0:38.0	when you're a new grad you don't I don't know maybe you don't have that kind of
0:42.3	thinking to say okay let me pause for a second and like why is you know kind of
0:47.9	talk to the parent or talk to somebody else you're literally just like you know
0:52.2	frantically on the phone with pharmacy because your
0:54.7	eight o'clock med hasn't come up. All right, welcome back, everybody. The world is trying to fall
1:00.5	apart on us. But here we are. So we did take a week off to help amplify voices that I felt
1:09.0	needed to be heard. I did share quite a few amazing people via
1:13.9	Instagram and just really tried to take a minute to pause and to listen. And this has really
1:21.5	been a crazy few weeks. And as someone who has so many black and African American friends in
1:26.8	such a strong, diverse community,
1:28.4	I really actually just want to take a minute to hit this head on. So I'm sorry. I'm sorry
1:35.9	that this is all happening, that we are in 2020 and we are still fighting against racism,
1:43.6	inequality, and hatred.
1:46.0	And honestly, this is really a human rights issue.
1:50.1	And I feel very fortunate that I've created this platform, which promotes all walks of life.
1:58.0	And honestly, I really feel like this moment, it's not about me, right? This is about
2:05.9	voices that have gone unheard. This is about oppression. And this is also about taking a step back
