in an over-connected world. Today, my guest is Kate Merrick, and I love this girl. She's actually

my first Graceology guest who's ever been on the show twice now. Kate's an author, a speaker,

a pastor's wife, and a mom of three.

And she also specializes in kind of some fun things, like making up dances to the greatest showman soundtrack, riding a surfboard, horse, or roller skates, and adding butter to pretty

much everything.

two goats, and two miniature donkeys. And she joins me today to talk about her newest book
