about the slippery slope of comparison. Today my guest is the lovely Michelle

Kashette. Michelle is a wife and a mama. She's an author and speaker and a fellow podcaster,

and she's also a cancer survivor who's passionate about helping people see that God's view of

them is enough, which is the inspiration behind her incredible book, I Am?

We're going to talk about that book today. And I mean, as women, we're always asking ourselves,

am I enough? We're measuring ourselves against the standard. We're surrounded by books and movies

and magazines and gym memberships that make us doubt our value. Even church attendance and social

media streams have become a way of comparing ourselves to impossible standards. In today's

episode, Michelle and I get real. And she discusses some of her own fears, but she also shares her

powerful, powerful story. And she challenges us to see that our value isn't found in our talents

or our achievements or our health or our appearance.

It is instead found in a God who chose us, who sent us, who loves us, and promises to be with us forever.

This is huge heart stuff today.
