I'm Gwen Smith and I'm so glad you've joined me today.

Around here we have fun, faith-focused, grace-filled conversations, all to help you know and trust God more.

Our discussions are honest, often humorous, and always practical. And they're going to

encourage you in meaningful ways to live out and lean on the grace of Jesus in the midst of cluttered,

messy days. You got any of those? I know I do. And I can't wait to get to today's conversation,

which is all about triggers and the things that set us off.

My guest is a sweet Southern California girl named Wendy Speak, and I fully expect that our conversation will have you both raising your hand and nodding your head,

because we're talking about the things we say and the ways we respond.

Wendy walks us through some practical and proactive practices that we can implement

to consider how we react in anger and to make a better plan.

She challenges us to figure out what you mean to say before you say something mean.
