Oh, you know what, you guys, I use these on my birthday run in the Shenandoah National

Park, especially the second half when it was getting dark and technical. And they just

were money, the entire trip. They're lightweight. They helped me get my balance on track. And

they were just, I almost forgot I had them. The feature that I love the most is it reminded

me of my Nordic ski days. This little piece that attaches to the way in which the strap

attaches to the handle is just amazing, such that you can put it on almost as if it's a
