It is the start of another week and there is no shortage of shocking news to be getting our teeth into and to be getting our heads around.

First up, we're asking why this country seems powerless to stop the crime epidemic spreading gang culture throughout the land.

Just this weekend we are two high-profile footballers,

practically in hiding from an Eastern European gang,

who have threatened to, in their words, take everything they have.

We have Noel Gallagher, bowing to move out of London after someone was stabbed on his own street.

And as if that wasn't bad enough, we are now told that vulnerable kids

are being recruited into crime in chicken

shop gangs where they're offered free food for signing up at fast food outlets when they're

playing truant from school. Thankfully Boris Johnson is vowing to make the Tories the party for law

and order, but he's got a long way to go to reverse the appalling state of justice in this country.
