Hi John. So in New York State where I live and where Abe lives are self-scientive

governor Andrew Cuomo has just been dealt one of the most savage blows any sitting politician

has ever been dealt by a report from the attorney general of the state of New York's office.

The attorney general is a Brooklyn politician named Latisha James.

The report was on the conduct of nursing homes in the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic

and what was found in this report along the way in a finding that was not particularly

highlighted by the report because Tis James is a Democrat. Cuomo is a Democrat.

Cuomo is of course an uncommonly vindictive Democrat who is happy to go to war with people

in his party who he doesn't like.

And so Tis James is playing with fire here but apparently her investigators uncovered

the fact that the death toll from nursing home patients which was already terrifyingly high

and the subject of much discussion over the course of 2020 was in fact undercounted by

as much as 55% meaning that the March 25th 2020 order from the state's health department

that said let back into nursing homes people who had been hospitalized for COVID.

So basically so we can clear up the hospital beds that might be needed in case there's

an overflow you must let them back in.

The guidance doesn't actually explicitly say you must let them back in but it basically
