All right. Hello and everyone. Welcome to it. It is 12 June 2025. It's a Thursday. I'm Derek Hunter. This is the Derek Hunter podcast and it actually is

the 12th of June. It is 7.02 a.m. And I'm going to bang this out this morning because I was just

absolutely exhausted and could not stay awake last night and had to go to bed. It's just one of those

days. So that's sort of as a response. I've been getting emails. The podcast's being shorter. There's just a period of adjustment. It's just one of those days though that's sort of as a response i've been getting emails the podcast being

the schedule to fit it in that's it i know you want my lovely lovely voice you can like i say listen

live but i'm not trying to steer you to that although i am am trying to steer you to that, but it's different than this slightly.

It's live. You can call in. There's people talking. But when I get home and then I've got a dinner with the kid, make dinner, and just spend time with the kids and stuff, it's, I was just, I could not stay awake yesterday.

I couldn't.

And so I went to bed at like 10 o'clock for the first time and forever.

I just went to bed.

It's like, I'm going, I'm tired, I'm tired.

There's no Stanley Cup, so there's no reason to stay up.

And, uh, yeah, so sorry,'s it's coming it's just a matter of i don't want to do the exact same

thing that i did on the show and so it takes extra show prep so it there's a period of adjustment

and as such let's get into the program and people who are missing the F word

they were F words in the last week in F and review there really were if you listen to

them not a ton of them but it's just till Father's Day for crying out loud and trying

to win a not really win a bet but do something for the kids that are like, you swear too much.

You can know I swear too much.

It's part of my charm as a father.

But anyway, let's get into it so you can get this into your ears.
