He'll do it tomorrow night. They know that he's feeble, frail, and they can't do what a president normally does come down the aisle shaking a million hands so

they'll use the virus as an excuse for no handshakes no coming down the aisle he'll just uh

they use one of those uh what do you know that chairlift that goes up a staircase he'll use

that to get him up to the podium and he he'll make probably a 15-minute speech.

It's usually an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half, a state of the union.

Joe Bartlett, you don't think there's any way he could talk for an hour and 15 minutes.
