The biggest clash came in a heated exchange between Democrat Eleni Koonolikis and Republican

Chad Bianco over Trump's tariffs and who to blame for the economy.

Minimum wage concerns divided the Democrats, with some calling for caution, others for immediate

raises.

With the primary only a year away, the stakes are rising and the pressures on as Californians

demand relief from sky-high prices.

President Trump has reinstated a travel ban targeting 12 countries, including Haiti, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Michael Wilner reports the move shuts down one of the last legal pathways for people seeking refuge in

the Western Hemisphere. The ban affects nations facing violence, oppression, or collapse. Like in Haiti,

where gangs rule parts of the country,

and Venezuela, where the economy has crashed under President Maduro. Other countries in the ban

include Afghanistan, Libya, and Yemen. The CHNV program, which allowed digital submissions for
