And it's possible this affected voter turnout in the recent local elections, including in New York City.

And it's possible this affected a lot of people who turned out to vote in record numbers,

including right here in the city.

Now, Republicans lost every key contest in Tuesday's elections.

President Trump posted about this in truth social and he said that

according to pollsters, quote, Trump wasn't on the ballot and shut down were the two reasons

that Republicans lost elections tonight, according to pollsters. Now, who's to blame for that?

Everybody could argue with it. Democrats are the ones who refuse to

pass the Republican budget. Democrats say the Republican budget was the reason they couldn't vote for it.

They're going to go back and forth of it. Both sides blame the other. But what really matters

is how do voters see it? How do voters see it? And it turns out that voters showed out in record

numbers to vote against Republicans. And was that because of the shutdown or because, you know,

food stamps got turned off? Who knows? But that did seem to be a big point with it. But also on
