I don't think anybody ever would call Sonia Sotomayor a wise Latina except for Sonia Sotomayor.

so much of the left-wing intelligentsia doesn't appear to know what a dissent is in the courts. It is not legally binding. It is not

set the precedent, it does not set the

course of things that are the law of the land. That's not how they work.

It is somebody saying I disagree with the majority I disagree with the way this decision is I disagree

It's like saying the play at first base. He is safe and the guy at the umpire at second base is I dissent
