I've just barely really scratched the surface of all the great

material and application of this little book. But in this closing chapter, he begins by addressing

those who have authority over others, whether in the family, school room, or in business. And he calls for, basically, he calls for

repentance. He says, while you're governing others, learn to govern yourselves and do not disorder your

own souls under the pretense of keeping order in your families. So moms, this rules out being easily provoked and

becoming angry. Parents may call it strictness and teachers and bosses may call it maintaining authority.
