Probably a better description of the Commonwealth right now would be the Saudi Arabia of fraud.

Maybe we're not at quite at Minnesota levels yet, but we're getting there. Last month,

the feds busted two Haitian run storefronts on Blue Hill Avenue. Seven million dollars

in food stamp fraud.

$7 million.

Last week, the state auditor, Diana DeZaglio, announced that she had found $4 million in food stamp fraud.

This is her state people, the Bureau of Special Investigations, and another $8 million and other types of welfare fraud in the Commonwealth.

And then this morning, now the U.S. attorney has announced another bust, another welfare bust,

and four-charged in multi-state snap, that's food stamps, and

PUA, that's public unemployment assistance benefits, pandemic unemployment.

And these are Dominicans, one's a naturalized Dominican, the other two or one has a green card two illegal

aliens and uh they were they were running a huge uh using stolen identities of more than a hundred

individuals to obtain 440 000 in supplemental nutrition assistance benefits 700 000 in the pandemic unemployment assistance. And they were used
