when you consider the tweet that our governor put out yesterday? You really have to question everything.

He said this morning, I signed a balanced responsible biennial budget that protects Indiana's

strong fiscal foundation while investing in our future. Well, wait, wait, wait. Time on. Can you read that

again slowly now as I catch my breath slowly so I can process that?

Okay.

Our governor, Mike Braun, tweeted out yesterday.

Okay, pause, pause.

This drives me insane when these

politicians say they balanced their budget. They have to. It's in the Constitution. Both the state

and local governments are obligated. They cannot print money. They are obligated to balance their budget.

Anytime one of these state or local people tells you they've presented,

the mayors do this all the time,

I have presented to the council an honestly balanced budget.

You have to do that.

So don't ever, don't ever brawn or these mayors or any of them

who tell you they've presented a balanced budget,

they are obligated to present a balanced budget.
