And welcome back to Real Estate Coaching Radio. We have got a really, really fun show for you guys

today. Well, it'll be fun for us. I hopefully will be fun for you guys to listen to.

And we had some interesting conversations this past week with some of our coaching clients

and some of our coaches as well. And it's really fun to see how many of you guys are drilling

down this time of year. You're heating the advice. You're realizing how important it is to

not allow yourself to go into complacency mode this time of year. And there's others of you who are absolutely positively putting up the most

resistance I've ever seen, aside from our three-year-old when she's supposed to take

her antibiotics for her strep throat, that I've ever seen from any human being to actually
