At this moment of history in these United States, we have been seeing how our religious liberties

have been chipped away at. You've got to be on another planet, not to see it. It's happening.

Liberties that the founders lived and died for.

The founding fathers of the United States created something that was unique among all of the nations of the world.

It is called the First Amendment.

It was for the first time in the history of the planet that religious freedom was established

in law. Oh, there were some places where you find religious tolerance and religious toleration,

but it was never was taken as a law, had never risen to the level of religious freedom. Where did the founders get this idea?

They got it from the Bible. They got it from the Word of God. In fact, in their discussion,

they got it from 2nd Corinthians chapter 3, verse 17. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Some

translations said, where the spirit of the Lord is, there's liberty. They got most of their

ideas from the Bible. Listen to what John Quincy Adams, the sixth president of the United States

and the son of the second president said, the highest glory of the American

revolution was this. It connected in one indeclable bond, the principle of civil government

with the principles of Christianity. The establishment clause was designed by the founders to restrain the

federal government's power over freedom of religion. Yet today we hear government officials

and all about protecting the freedom of worship. Freedom of worship is very different from freedom of religion.

They are deliberately twisting the words of the founders and the principles on which the country was built.
