because I got to do two segments because the first segment is so short. Thank you for tuning in, you're listening to fighting for the faith. My name is

Chris Roseboro. I am your servant in Jesus Christ and this is the

program that dishes up a daily dose of biblical discernment, the goal of which help you

to think biblically, help you to think critically, help you compare what people are saying

in the name of God to the word of God. There is no shortage of crazy things being set out there and we

strive to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ by comparing what people are saying to what God's word

says in context. There are a lot of folks out there who are making merchandise of

people all in the name of God.

The, you know, listen, the religion scene, in fact, the evangelical scene is a dangerous place,

dangerous. And so, you know know if you remember those programs out there who

what was that guy's name was it David Horowitz when I was growing up there was a guy

out there who was who was just absolutely dead said on warning you about shoddy products

and and so you know if there was a detergent that was making claims that that weren't

panning out in real life like you know it'll make

your whites white it'll even it'll even cut Julian fries for you and things like

that then this guy would you know get these products and test their their claims against what they could do

you think of fighting for the faith along those lines you know there's a lot of

shoddy really schlockey popular religious products out there on the market and we take those

products and compare them to what God's word really says so that you don't get
