Okay, so we're going to talk about tariffs today.

We'll talk a little bit about the EPA.

We'll talk a little bit about babysitters.

As you know, the Supreme Court struck down the practice that President Trump had been using,

which was to assign tariff somewhat at will by his own

executive orders, what country, what percentage, what items, all of that, and said essentially,

that is the power of Congress.

It's a power of Congress that couldn't be

delegated if they wanted to. And the particular statutes that the president was citing did not

give him enough authority and the plain words of it, which were regulating imports, was not

enough authority to do what he was doing.

I think the decision's pretty clear.

I don't see how it could have come down any other way.

I think something as large as a tariff policy, just democratically, morally speaking,

has to at least have a vote of the nation's representatives,

a specific vote, or has to have been a major issue in the election where the information was

known.

In other words, a candidate saying, you elect me, I'm going to put 50% tariffs on the EU

and Brazil and other countries,

you know.

And I don't know that that information was known to the voter during the election.
