A couple years ago, I had to go in for a physical. You know how you have to go in for an annual physical? And it's just standard.

It was nothing special.

Just standard blood work.

And they're going to test your body mass and the blood pressure and your vision and all these other things.

And it was not good.

It was not good.

So let me explain.

And by the way, this is going to come back to politics and

where we're at as a country of Republicans and Democrats, so just stay with them. So prior to that

physical, I had just been in a real lazy phase, eating terribly, just doing, treating my body like an absolute garbage disposal. Fast food again today

sounds good. Like I was in that mode. Working out? Nah. I'd rather sit here on the couch. And I would

have been riding that mode out for a solid year. And I go in for that physical, and I remember getting the blood work

results. And I remember my doctor being as nice as he possibly could, but basically telling me,

my word, what have you been doing to yourself? And I'm looking at these results. And I remember what
