Breaking news, Fox 5, New York, on the story of Congresswoman Elise Stephanic, who was running for

governor of New York, pulled out of the race and said she will not be running for Congress

either.

She has been the GOP's conference chair.

She was then nominated for the UN ambassador by President Trump.
