House Speaker Mike Johnson appears to have convinced GOP holdouts to support the Big Beautiful bill after allowing it to reach the floor for a vote.

CNN caught up with the Speaker at the Capitol in the early hours this morning,

who's now confident he'll be able to pass President Donald Trump's sweeping domestic policy bill shortly.
