More regulatory headaches for Google after a judge yesterday ordered alphabet's subsidiary to open up its

Android App Store as part of the Epic Games antitrust suit and additional headwinds could be ahead today

in the DOJ's search trial.

And what it all means a lot of this is just piling on and Sarah for years.

Just the threat of antitrust action

that's been lurking beneath the surface,

but largely unaccounted for by investors.

Now, however, we are starting to see real impact, starting with the judge's order yesterday in that

epic case, and then later today we'll see remedies from the DOJ and the government's search

monopoly case.

So it is getting harder and harder for markets to remain complacent.

Shares filed by more than 2% yesterday and as we've been mentioning

Alphabet is the cheapest Magnificent 7th stock by Forward PE multiple. So yes cases they can take

years even if we have a decision because Google will appeal but injunctions as we

now see can take down Wald Gardens and in the meantime create

openings for competitors hit Google's bottom line. The judge in the Epic case

ordered an injunction yesterday that breaks open Google's

Android's App Store monopoly.
