We're delighted with the result, of course, and it is remarkable that it didn't take these jurors

who have listened to three weeks of intense testimony and reviewed thousands of documents to take less than a couple of hours to reach the conclusion and the right one that Mr. Musk's claims were not viable.

I have a one-word reaction.

Appeal.

This war is not over. I would say this is just the first step. And we firmly

believe that what happened with Open AI was wrong on a very basic level.

Musk also taking to X to say that the decision against him was a, quote, calendar technicality,

because he said, Carl, that there's no question anyone following said, would assume that Altman

and Brockman did, in fact, he says, enriched themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is

when they did it. So Elon Musk and his lawyer saying they're going to continue to fight via appeal. Yeah, the only question remains whether he was expecting any kind of victory out of a jury or whether it was enough to keep open-A-I sort of embroiled in any legal dispute right now. Well, I guess it continues, right? If they get embroiled, although Open AI is probably feeling good about it today.

Yes.

Meantime, while many of the biggest players in AI battle it out in court, Google's looking to showcase

its latest developments at its I.O. event today.
