Well, now there are influencers claiming that if you get a sunburn, it will help clear up

all your acne.

You won't get any more pimples.

They're calling it sunburning.

They say to just ditch the sunscreen because a sunburn will boost your immune

system. One Yao even lathered up her entire face with salt water so that her sunburn would set in

faster. Okay, here's the deal. You will lose the top layer of your skin. You won't have any pimples

for a while. I don't think it's going to get rid of acne for good. And your

skin will age faster and it will be damaged. So yeah, definitely a bad idea. You don't want to
