I'm going to have a hangover for a few weeks, not just from the end of the season, but also spending the last week in New York. That's a lot. It was great hanging out with you, Josh, seeing some of our friends at the Black Horse for the matches on Sunday.

But I think the theme of this podcast stems from a karaoke session that we had in honor of your

birthday night in which you kicked off things with Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brook Road.

So I feel like I'm going to hear goodbye Yellow Book Road in my head as we

run through sort of like, I don't know, what are we going to talk about here? Like lessons learned,

great performers, et cetera. Totally. It's just, we'll wrap up this season. You know, you can't,

I don't really like ending our season with a Game Week 38 preview. I think there's, you know, we need to give this thing a little bit of finality, a little bit of rest, especially because you and I had good finishes, you know? I mean, not good finishes overall, but good finishes from a, you know, relative to where we've been the last few weeks. So, you know, we're ending on a high note, which is always kind of nice going into the, you know, the next season. And yeah, I feel like, well, by the way, on Goodbye, Yellowbeck Road. Don't recommend it. I do not think that as a good karaoke song. I realized this is a problem that many people who've done karaoke know, which is that

feeling when you usually are about 20 seconds into a song and realize very clearly that no one is with

you on the song. No one really knows the song. And no one is going to be supporting you while you go

through this song. You need at least one of those three things to really be with you there. And it was just my, just my voice, Brandon. And, you know, you and I, like, neither of us have great voices for karaoke. Really, I think you've got, as I said, yesterday, I think you've got a, you've got a great voice for radio and podcasting, you know, and I have a... Great face for radio. Yeah, you have a great face for radio, too. And my voice is sufficient, but neither of us are great when it comes to... We just don't have that belter theater kid energy. You know, I do, I like singing songs. I like karaoke, but I don't have that... We have no range, Josh. We have no range, exactly. Our octaves are we, we're not Harry Nielsen levels. Here's the lesson I learned that night. Sings sublime songs are there for the taking. That's true. You're in a karaoke booth reach for the sublime catalog. We missed on some, some low-hanging fruit, too. We didn't do Say It Ain't So by Weezer. That would have been a classic.

So you mentioned we kind of had a strongish finish.

And you noted on our Twitter feed that we were kind of weirdly neck and neck.

So content creators always get stick for like hewing close to the template.

And I feel like the narrative for us on this podcast all season was our scores were so very

close.

And I feel, I don't feel strongly about this, but I feel like you could look back at our

teams and say there were important differences in each of our teams every step of the way.
