Welcome to the Good Vibes series.

We wanted to bring you this series so that you can hear firsthand from the amazing women

that join us at the Good Vibre treat.

A lot of you have been interested in coming and what better way to get all the vibes and

really hear the magic that we make on these retreats than firsthand from the attendees.

So let's get into it.

I'm Morgan and I live in Brooklyn and I started listening to the podcast right before

Thanksgiving.

I had a like five-hour train ride between New York and Washington DC where I was going

to be celebrating Thanksgiving with my family and so I was kind of on the hunt for a couple

podcasts to listen to on my trip and somehow I came across good mom's bad choices and

clearly that was destined because I loved what I heard.

It was really interesting perspectives.

I shared it with all my mom friends because I don't have children myself but I thought

that just hearing the way that they spoke so irreverently about motherhood and about

womanhood and being black women and that experience was really resonant for me even though

I wasn't a mom and so I knew that for my friends who are moms that it would be really resonant

for them too.

And I've been on a little bit of a personal growth and personal expansion journey over

the past couple years and really trying to figure out like what do I actually want to

do or be or give to the world versus what has the conveyor belt that I've been on my entire

life since I'm a little kid of go to this school, go to the best college, go to the best
