bad week that I had and the bad week happened to be last week and you know obviously you guys are like what Katie I saw you on social media you seem so happy blah blah blah but let's be real guys like you you can't tell

a person's happiness based on their social media I hope we've all established that

by now but yeah I had a particularly bad week last week and I'm going to talk about you know not really

what happened but how I got over it because I don't like to dwell too much in like you

part is how I got over it so yeah this kind of can apply to you guys if you're having a

bad week or you've had a bad week a bad month bad year you you know had a breakup or something with your friends or just

just something that happened that you know left you feeling like you're in a

slump kind of and you just you kind of feel like you've dug yourself into a hole or someone else dug you into a hole

and you don't really know how to escape from there. You just feel like you're walking around

with like a perpetual storm cloud over your head, you know, that's sort of feeling.
