| 1:21.4 | There have been times where stress has certainly caused a lot of suffering and pain and you've had a strong desire to reduce stress |
| 1:29.1 | But other times where stress has perhaps served you positively or has felt like a motivating force or has been something that helped you grow |
| 1:39.5 | Then this is where we get into the distinction of two different kinds of stress that is you stress |

| 1:56.7 | So you stress is a certain kind of stress |

| 2:20.9 | Apply ourselves that much more and maybe gives us a bit of a cognitive enhancement |
