Summary

It may be a sad commentary on society today but good, nice, friendly people stand out in our society and get noticed.  We can also use this to make a difference.  I'll share a couple stories about this audience the past couple weeks that will make you feel good.    Four dem Senators, possible speaker Kevin McCarthy and the Supreme Court are all giant threats to Joe Biden's illegal border policy and he knows it.  Or his team knows it.  Now that dems are signing on... can we finally start turning people away?    A craft beer bar in KC known for being a liberal activist hangout is closing because the liberal policies at the bar drove away all their customers.  You gotta hear this story.    Christian Pulisic suffered a really, really painful double injury scoring the only goal in the United States' 1-0 win at the World Cup over Iran.  I'll take this dude on my team any day!    Qatar is the host for the soccer tourney and they have admitted a gruesome, cruel statistic about hosting the even that has killed hundreds of people.    The Chiefs special teams rank dead last in this area, Tiger Woods takes on Greg Norman and it's pretty clear TCU is in the College Football Playoff now... even with a loss.

Let's start with a disclaimer on this episode of Kevin Keatsman has issues.

0:16.6

Everyone, everyone loves to be complimented and hear nice things.

0:22.6

So we take this in context for what we start the podcast with today,

0:27.7

knowing that it always feels good to have somebody say kind things to you

0:32.3

or about people you're associated with or your family or your friends or your group.

0:36.9

We all like it.

0:37.8

Everybody likes it. The second disclaimer is this. When people work for tips, they're more likely

0:46.2

to say nice things to you or about you. So I recognize both those right from the beginning before

0:52.0

I delve into something that's happened over the past few weeks that to me is something that should not be astonishing, something

1:00.0

that not should stand out, and it probably really shouldn't be said. But it is important to say,

1:06.1

and it's important to share with this audience because I love this audience. And I think we all

1:10.8

have so many things

1:12.2

in common. And one of the things that we have in common is just general courtesy to others.

1:20.7

Like, I don't think people that listen to conservative talk or our conservatives or listen to this podcast or our patrons or sponsors of this

1:30.9

podcast. I don't think we're generally the kind of people that get on Yelp and complain about

1:36.5

businesses that we always tell our server something's wrong with our coffee is not hot enough

1:42.9

or this doesn't look right,

1:45.1

or you forgot to put cheese on this, and we're always sending things back or complaining or

1:49.4

finding things. I generally speaking don't believe that conservatives are like that.

1:54.5

I could be wrong, but I'm just sharing with you what my beliefs are.
