Summary

We are officially in rerun season however we will be sprinkling a few new episodes in so stay tuned! This episode was recorded with the amazingly genuine Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt, bestselling author, animal advocate, daughter, sister, wife and mom while we were in LA last year. We talked all things parenthood, sisterhood and the comparisons the book "Good Night, Sister" has to some of her real life experiences growing up with younger sister Christina. Katherine was quick to admit that not all older siblings are the brave ones and that Christina was the fearless leader on many, many occasions. Find Good Night, Sister everywhere you buy books or via her instagram @katherineschwarzenegger.

Like major, major starstruck moment for all of my friends. It's a big deal. That's really so sweet. Ever since you walked in here, you have such like a calm way about you. Are you always like that? No, I've been up all night. Oh, so you're half asleep. I'm not operating at like my normal energy right now. I'm like four coffees in. No, it's very relaxing to be around. But I can also imagine being like you just told us that you're the oldest of four kids. Yeah. You kind of have to keep your shit together when there's a bunch of little people around. Yeah.

So I feel like it's one of those like development moments of there's so much going on that they can't sleep. Yep. And then my older one, my two and a half year old, she just last night happened to have some sort of a nightmare where she woke up because she sleeps now, which I never thought that I would let her do. She sleeps with a bunch of baby dolls. Okay. And she sometimes will wake up in the middle of the night and take a head count.

They're these like angel dears. So they've got the head and then they got a little blanket body. and they were only supposed to have Like you're supposed to get a pair and a spare So you've got like extra She found all the spares Yes So before like T.J goes through And Chloe has 17 Yeah TJ always can't go to sleep Unless he counts He counts that there's three grays And we only have five Three grays and two whatever the other one is. And then in the night, if you can't find one, he comes and asks us, but he shares room with his brother and we don't want to wake them up. But I can't find it all your pillows and blankets.
