Romans 1 and 15.

We've been on a subject for some weeks now, a series, I believe we're nearing the end of it here, called Good News

to the Poor. And our main text are here in Romans 1 and Luke 4.

Romans 1 15, Spirit of God through Paul said, as much as in me is, to everything that's in me, I am ready

to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. He's ready to preach what? We are commanded

to preach the gospel. And you have to watch as preachers that you don't get sidetracked and you

can preach all kind of stuff instead of the gospel you can preach social reform you

can preach needs you can preach experiences you can preach diet you can preach experiences. You can preach diet.

You can preach all kind of stuff instead of the gospel.

And that's not what we're told to preach.

We're told to preach the gospel. Gospel means good news.

The good message, the good report, good news.

And he said, I'm ready to preach it to you.

And I am too.

Verse 16, for I am not ashamed of the good message, the good news of Christ.

For it is the power of God and to salvation to everyone that believes to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
