Let's all turn in the scripture to Romans.

Romans chapter 1 and the 15th verse.

Romans 1, 15.

Spirit of God through Paul says, as much as in me is, what does that mean with everything it's in me?

I am ready to preach the gospel.

With everything it's in me, I'm ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

Verse 16, for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

Said out loud, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

Is that true?

Why would he say that? Why would he say I'm not ashamed? He wouldn't bring it up

if it wasn't an issue. Right? Have you ever been tempted to be ashamed? Oh yeah, you have. To be intimidated.

To be embarrassed.

To feel out of place.

Because those who don't believe the gospel will mock and ridicule and try to shame oftentimes those who do.

Have you experienced this?

See, there are millions of people that think you and I are just poor ignorant folk

that need the crutch of religion.

And if we just had a decent education, it would embrace the realities of science, we could get free

from all this mythology and religion.

You know, there's a lot of people on the planet.

They believe, and they're partially right, that religion is the problem.

If they could just get rid of all the religion, we could get straightened out.
