Coffee's a good one for me, I would say, because I started really focusing more on diet.

So when I started researching everything in 2008, 2009 about bodybuilding, powerlifting,

there was like keto, I think, there's kind of a keto lingering, but it was very quiet,

it was a very small community, and then there was just old school, eat tilapia, eat rice,
