gonna go over a couple topics such as are we getting kicked out of this house

I don't know if we're getting kicked out or not I don't know if we want to say

we would I don't even live here but we as a group but we want to talk about

the Olympics for a little bit and then but I mean are we gonna move out of the

good-good house that's the that's the bait here's a here's the issue that we

kind of run it into so our lease everybody knows we're on a lease a year

lease we signed it is running up running up it is running it is running up

in pride and October our lease and so basically our only option is to try to

renew this lease or look for another house which right now if you guys know

anything about the economy every that's like the housing economy there's no

house is open right I'd have to live in the bridge like their apartment they

said no in a bridge so in the one not on one so you know what I'm saying it's

me Bobby Garrett Grant they're living the house currently and we have like

decisions to make right now because if we do not renew this lease if we can't

then we literally screwed and that's I was gonna say and that's like obviously

contingent on if the homeowner here wants us back yep can I say that can I

say this we're we're working on an office space and we are going to have the

simulator in this office oh yeah it's not gonna be here we're gonna have a

separate space but we're in you guys are gonna see it that'll be a lot on

good-good labs in the future probably I would say in the next couple months but

we are gonna we're creating a simulator room so that we can make content out
